Mentorship Cohort

Our Core Expertise

What we do

Admissions

Study Abroad Admissions

Choosing which institutions are realistic for your grades and budget, writing and submitting the applications, and handling correspondence through to an offer.

Migration

Skilled Worker Migration

Working out whether a direct route is open to you, then credential evaluation, profile preparation and submission. Canada Express Entry, the UK Health and Care route, the EU Blue Card and the German Chancenkarte.

Visa Support

Visa & Documentation

Assembling your file and checking every document against the others. Most refusals come from a file that contradicts itself rather than a weak applicant, so this is where the detail matters.

Tourist

Tourist & Visitor Visas

Family visits, conferences and short stays. These are decided largely on your funds and your ties to home, and we will tell you honestly before you apply if the case looks thin.

Language Courses

Language Mastery

English, French and German, taught in-house to the level your route actually requires. IELTS, TOEFL, TestDaF, Goethe, TCF and DELF preparation.

Accommodation

Accommodation Setup

Finding somewhere to live before you arrive, whether that is university halls, a shared flat or a private let, and getting the paperwork right from a different country.

Integration

Integration Guidance

Residence registration, opening a bank account, health insurance and the local admin nobody warns you about. The things that take three weeks if you do not know the order.

Orientation

Pre‑Departure Orientation

What to carry in hand luggage, what to expect at the border, what to do in your first week, and who to contact if something goes wrong.

What it costs

Our fees

Every file is different, so these are ranges rather than fixed prices. Where you fall inside a range depends on the things listed under each one. You get an exact figure in writing after your first consultation, before any commitment.

Your fee covers

  • Profile assessment and route selection
  • Application preparation and submission
  • Document review before anything is sent
  • Visa file assembly and embassy preparation
  • Client portal access throughout
  • Your advisor, for the length of the engagement

Paid separately, direct to the provider

  • University and application fees
  • Visa and biometric fees
  • Language examinations
  • Credential evaluation (WES, ECA, APS)
  • Blocked account or proof of funds deposits
  • Medicals, police certificates, courier

The cost calculator shows current figures for all of these, with the date they were last checked.

Fees can be paid in instalments across the stages of your application. We do not take a percentage of anything, and we are not paid commission by any institution — which is why we can tell you when a destination is wrong for you.
