We immediately pivoted their target from North America to Germany. We enrolled the client in our in-house intensive German A1-B1 training. Concurrently, we completely restructured their academic CV, legally framing their 3-year gap as "practical field experience" aligned with their intended Master's program.
The Result
Secured admission to a tuition-free Management program at a public Hochschule in Munich. Visa was approved unconditionally within 5 weeks of application.

The Challenge
The client wanted to migrate to Canada but was turning 33, meaning their Express Entry (CRS) points were actively decreasing due to the age penalty framework. Their generic profile was sitting in the pool with no Invitations to Apply (ITA) being issued.
Merit Pathway Strategy
We mapped their work experience to highly specific NOC codes in demand within Canadian provinces. We initiated an aggressive IELTS maximization plan to boost their base points, and simultaneously submitted a targeted application to the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) Tech Pathway.
The Result
Secured a Provincial Nomination, instantly adding 600 points to their CRS score. The client received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the very next draw and secured Permanent Residency (PR) within 7 months.

The Challenge
The client wished to pursue a Master's degree in the UK to access the 2-Year Graduate Route Work Visa. However, their undergraduate degree class (2:2) resulted in automatic rejections from several top-tier universities they had applied to on their own.
Merit Pathway Strategy
We engineered a compelling Statement of Purpose (SOP) that highlighted their rigorous final-year project and relevant internships to offset the overall GPA. We strategically targeted specific UK universities known for holistic admissions reviews rather than strict GPA cutoffs.

Secured admission with a partial international student scholarship. The client successfully obtained their CAS and Student Visa, and is currently working in London on their Graduate Route PSW Visa.
